We are able to accommodate up to 8 guests for our private events as this time.

All private events will be the cost of the class per person with an additional 20% service fee on top of the total to account for additional tools, materials, time, and labor.

Private events are typically for any parties with 5-8 guests.

Add-ons such as other activations like light snacks, floral arrangements, an additional craft, and so on may be accommodated per request. May inquire additional fees.

Please allot 3 hours for private events. With larger parties, the class will take longer.

All attendees of our classes must be 18+ per our booking policy.

Private events may only be rescheduled up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event date. Any rescheduling requests within 4 weeks will be denied as we have blocked off that time/date specifically for the event.

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking.

Please ensure your entire party has been confirmed with attendance prior to reaching out to Claedo Studio. We will not book your event without a set headcount and set confirmed guest list.
