At this time, we are happy to offer private events for company retreats, birthdays, bachelorettes, and other celebrations! Please read below on our private event policies.
Private Event Policies

1. How to Book
Email us at info@claedostudio.com or fill out the form below to begin your booking.

2. Guest Capacity & Group Size
• Private events are typically for 5–8 guests.
• We can accommodate up to 8 guests maximum. -
3. Pricing
• Cost is the class fee per person.
• An additional 20% service fee is added to cover tools, materials, time, and labor. -
4. Add-Ons
• Optional add-ons may include light snacks, floral arrangements, additional crafts, and more.
• Additional fees apply—please inquire for details. -
5. Duration
• Please allot 3 hours for private events. Larger parties may require more time.

6. Age Requirement
• All attendees must be 18+ in accordance with our booking policy.

7. Rescheduling Policy
• Events may only be rescheduled up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled date.
• Rescheduling requests within 4 weeks will be denied. -
8. Payment
• Full payment will be required upon booking. This payment is non-refundable.
The entire party is required to read and adhere to our booking policies. Payment is an agreement to our terms and policies. Lots of preparation goes into curating and planning out a private event on our end and with our team, therefore cancellations are not allowed under any and all circumstances once the non-refundable payment is received!

9. Guest Confirmation
• A set headcount and confirmed guest list are required before booking. We cannot secure your event without this information.
